What do you call nipple zippers, nippers? zipples?

This is the ad I was referring to in the last post.  From the thumbnail I thought she literally just had balloons on her chest, but then on close up, it's even weirder because that's a zipper on her nipple???  What's the zipper for?  In case her right nipple needs air?  It's hard to tell through the font if there's one on her left too, I assume there is.  Maybe she has a baby and it's for ease of access for feeding?  I have so many questions.
