This is Doroa (Doloa?) from an upcoming PS Vita game “Seven Pirates” by Compile Heart, of Hyperdimension Neptunia fame. All characters are trope-tastic loaded with extremely questionable ages and attire. But Doroa here quite literally stuck out, as I’m not entirely sure what type of force is working on her chest there, because it certainly isn’t gravity.
Maybe they’re alive, that could be them talking.
