I saw this on fyeahout-of-contextcomics and what struck me first was Power Girls’s ridiculous chest. I count no less than 4 breasts on her.

I know people are focusing on the bondage joke but oh my god that panel.  Diana’s turning into a mermaid and Power Girl grew 2 extra breasts.  Are they being zapped by some body morphing ray?
