Turning Into A Hockey Stick

Well this is very fitting since it's winter here, so it is hockey season, but I don't know what's supposed to be happening here.

Is Robyn trying to turn into a hockey stick? Did she forget her hockey jersey and quickly painted some seran wrap to put on as a uniform instead?

Also, what's going on with that little packet of arrows at her leg, is that meant to be a tattoo or a small bunch of tiny arrows tucked into her socks so we know who it's supposed to be.
