So I showed a friend Escher Girls today, and he linked this to me after showing it to another friend who fiercely defended it. The friend who now likes your blog and has gone through about 30 pages now asked me to submit this because it made him sad for the future of comics. :c
Overall, the comment was “BUT THAT’S NOT HOW BODIES WORK”
Part of the interesting thing I find about women turning to talk to somebody in comics, is that they don’t turn a little bit of their body, then turn their head, they just turn their body and their head doesn’t turn much in relation at all. It’s like the artists don’t think women can turn our heads to talk, just our torsos.
