This is from a manga called Diadem, by Boichi. It took me a while to work it out, but just below her chin - that’s the second breast. I still have trouble convincing my brain it’s not her shoulder.

That REALLY looked like her shoulder until you pointed it out to me.  I still have trouble not seeing it as her shoulder.
