Interesting New Personal Hygiene Fad

Sara straddling a chimney and getting her privates smoked aside (new feminine hygiene fad?), I discovered something else interesting about the top image while trying to source it (it's from RevenueLab, an affiliate marketing company).

It's apparently the exact same image from a Christmas variant cover of Witchblade #132 with just a few details changed (the bells on her outfit made to look like lights, etc).
