The bump showing through the bottom of her dress is supposed to be her behind. The art makes it look like her butt is trying to run away from the rest of her body. The kicker? This is supposed to be the official light novel cover for an otome game (games designed with women in mind) series. B&B poses and other similar, ridiculous poses are so common for female characters that not even otome game heroines like Alice Liddell here are safe.

Title of the book is called Diamond no Kuni no Alice/Alice in the Country of Diamond ~Piece of My Wish~ (ダイヤの国のアリス ～Piece of My Wish～) from Quinrose’s Heart no Kuni no Alice/Alice in the Country of Hearts series.
