It sucks that one player has to be a chicken

From Jess Morrisette on Twitter:

"The game where you and 3 buddies all get to be heroes. Only thing is, one of you has to be the chick" (Gauntlet: Dark Legacy print advertisement, 2002). Or, you know, maybe you have a friend who isn't a dude. Or a dude friend who doesn't mind playing a female character.

Also, it implies that if there's more than one person in the group that wants to play as a woman they're out of luck, but haha nobody would want to play as a woman amirite so that would never happen!

Weirder still, there's actually two women characters in the game and you can choose multiple copies of the same character, so there's actually no limitation of "one of you has to be the chick" but I guess that doesn't sell the message the "joke" as well.
