The unaltered version was featured a long time ago on Escher Girls, and yes that is supposed to be an old woman, but still with that one body type that all women must have in comics, except for the wrinkles on her face. See, that indicates she’s OLD. (The super long pelvis is also making it look like she’s not sitting down.)
