It’s the artist couldn’t choose between which sexy pose to draw her in so they just chose both

This reminds me of another beach pose on this blog where I noted that I thought the artist combined 2 different sexy beach poses together to get the boobs and butt thing.

Or maybe she’s just using body language to non-verbally ask the viewer if they want a twist of lemon in their drink.
