I saw this ad on YouTube and I don't know what is happening except that she might be getting younger and also she might be a shapeshifter... or maybe a snakewoman given that first image and she just keeps shedding her skin and that's why she just keeps looking different.

I don't even know what this is supposed to sell me on but it's not working.
