panel from Wonder Woman vol. 2 #0 showing Diana jumping forward holding a sword perfectly vertical with her arms completely outstretched, her nipple shows through her nightie which is clearly just painted onto her body and her back is bent literally 90 degrees at her navel in profile, she looks like a centaur, she shouts "Pig of a man!", below panel she's holding a sword above a guy, her breats look bare except for her "nightie" and her back is bent and her stomach sucked inward
panel from Wonder Woman vol. 2 #0 showing Diana lying on the ground as a muscular bare man holds a spear at her neck, he says "right here, m'love", Diana looks naked with her feet en pointe as her legs are bent upward, but she's technically in a "nightie" that is clearly just sketched over her naked body, there's no fabric, it's just painted on, her back is arched and bent inward 90 degrees on the side for some reason

I Have So So Many Questions

I ran into these panels while sourcing something from the same comic and... I have many questions.

One of which is, Diana was absolutely drawn naked originally right?  Because that "nightie" she's wearing is just barely sketched on her otherwise naked body.  It's basically just a few frills drawn at her hips and a few lines on her body so you don't think she's naked.

And then there's "what the f- is happening to her body in that second panel?" (or really in any of those panels)

And also... what is she trying to do with that sword?  Is she just showing it to him to distract him?  "Look at my cool sword! Ignore that my body turned into a Tetris block!"

Many... MANY questions.

PS: also happy Canada Day if you celebrate, sorry for the horrors... or you're welcome for the horrors if you like them
