Another true Escher Pose

Saw this pose while reading about how Harvestella has a non-binary gender option  (which is very cool) and at first I thought this was just a boobs and butt pose, but then I tried to make sense of her legs and my head kind of exploded.  Her right leg seems to end in her left foot and vice versa?

This character is named Emo which is fitting because I would be Emo too if my legs existed in some weird spatial anomaly that turned them into a literal Escher painting while also being forced into a boobs and butt pose.  They kinda reminds me a lot of Hua Mulan's optical illusion legs from Valiant Force but even more confusing.
