Caption The Napkins!

As I said, I think I'll make the caption contest a monthly thing and start it on the first Saturday at the beginning of the month and end it on the last.  So since this is the first Saturday of November, it's time for a caption contest!

Since I never finished an earlier caption contest, I figured this is a perfect chance to conclude it.  If you submitted a caption on the original, I'll include it as your submission, but you are also free to submit a new one too if you have another idea. :3

Anyway, the caption contest picture is this ad for Unitia by DMM Games, specifically what's going on with the lady with the boob napkins, but you're free to caption any of the girls or the entire ad if you want!  What's going on with the boob napkins?  What are they?  What's their function?  etc... etc...

Most creative captions win!  Like last time there will be Steam codes available to win, and I'll award 1-3 winners depending on how many entries we get.
