Not quite the Dark Souls of poses

From Dark Souls remastered by FromSoftware. That has to be uncomfortable, right?

It's not as bad as some other similar poses that's been on this blog where it just looks like she's turned 90 degrees right under her breasts, but it still looks uncomfortable.  Given the legendary difficulty of the series I would expect a much more painful or impossible pose though.  Very disappointing.
