Hannibal's well known detached butt strategy

Hey it's that image that's in all the Idle Huntress ads people keep sending me, though this time she's not wearing pants.  Apparently she's supposed to be Hannibal.  I've clearly been greatly misinformed about Hannibal in history classes. >_>

Although Hannibal is supposed to be a great strategist, so maybe her being able to disconnect her butt from her body is to show her strategic abilities and the ability to do pincer attacks.
