Starting today we are Escher Gulls!

Hi everybody!

It's with great excitement I announce that Escher Girls has been bought by an alliance of companies led by Penguin, Linux, American Eagle, and the Toronto Blue Jays, and starting today we are officially Escher Gulls!  The acquisition is pending a routine inspection of the site by the collective CEOs but we've already been given the go ahead to change the site.

Starting today, April 1, Escher Gulls will deliver you high quality criticism of bird representation in media.  We're very excited and have already gotten many submissions!  To celebrate our rebranding, we will be publishing 4 posts today instead of the normal 1!

I know this is a sudden change, but I believe it is the beginning of a great era of critiquing the way our under-served avian audience is portrayed in media.
