Its a korean "Gatcha" game where you collect a harem of demon followers called "Childs". In this picture a woman is drawn where the arms/ shoulders don't line up with the torso and the torso doesn't line up with the hips and legs.

It looks like they have little dinosaur arms. And its all in service of a weird laying down boobs and butt pose.

 She's a demon that's not finished morphing into her disguise form yet and we're rudely interrupting her.
