Close the window, Huntress, you're making the room too cold

So I ran into the promotional art for the cover of Birds of Prey #64 and then I saw the actual cover and... did somebody at DC turn the thermostat up in Oracle's place?  It's weird because Huntress' nipple is still visible through her costume, but the art was slightly changed so it's not sticking out as visibly, and it's not sticking out in the outline of her breast.  Anyway, probably, Oracle just realized that it was way too cold in her place with the window open and was turning up the heat.
