From the game Labyrinth of Refrain: Coven of Dusk. There’s a lot of headache-inducing designs in the roster as is, but this pose on top of everything else really blew me away. Her body is going in like three different directions!
I assume she's an elf princess because she's got the rare Escher Girls Triple Crown of boobs, butt and crotchshot.
