This is the cover for the video game Metal Gear Acid. It’s not as atrocious as some of the art we see on this blog can be, but I’m still trying to understand what is happening with the girl’s arms, and where her internal organs may have go. (not to mention the delicious little centaur-butt and the misplaced boob under her arm)
