From another DMM.com web browser game called “Xuccess Heaven Rebellion.’

Character is named ‘Sango’ (珊瑚) who attends an all-girls school called ‘Gardian Rose High,’ and they’re suppose to priestesses, I’m guessing (but they hold Buddhist monks staffs so I’m not too sure which is it).

There are two 'side stories’ (Quests) that you play in this game and they happen to feature the character in this position, just the clothing is different.
The top cap is from the 'Boy Meets Girl’ story, and from what I understood with my limited amount of Japanese, the main guy (you in his POV) walks in on her changing, then she somehow get 'tangled’ in her obi, causing her to fall over and sprawl in this position.

The bottom one is from the 'Nights (knights?) of Oblivion’ side story, in which she gets kidnapped while bathing at a hot spring.

It’s kind of disturbing that the same pose is being used for both scenarios.  Also, since she’s apparently modular, she could just finish her disconnection and fly both halves of her body away from the rope.
