Here are the covers for issues #1 an #4 of X-Treme X-Men (2001-2003)*. I got them directly off the marvel comics site.

Cover one features a girl with spine problems on the left and another girl who either has really weird breasts or a missing breast coupled with an oddly placed line near the bottom right.

Cover two has a gratuitous ass-shot with obscenely tight clothing as well as something odd going on in the region of her waist and hips.

*The link leads to the marvel store page for the series these comics are in. A few of the other covers look a bit iffy but these were the two that stood out the most. Issue #22’s cover has the woman on the left of Issue 1’s cover with very strange legs; I’m not sure what’s going on in the cover of Issue 14; and Issue nine features the woman on the cover of Issue 4 in an awkward-looking pose.
