This is from http://precious-prince.tumblr.com/post/53997432825/cant-stop-laughing-xd, though personally I didn’t laugh, but I originally found it on http://www.smosh.com/smosh-pit/photos/17-wtf-anime-gifs-are-hard-explain which has a couple more bizarre images of boobs.  

All I could think was boobs don’t work like that and “Oh, eschergirls!”  A few tumblrs have commented that they are indeed able to do that, but I don’t think it comes anywhere close to looking like this.  The skin connecting her breasts to her chest is made of silly putty!
