Keroubino: I was reading Annihilation

I was reading Annihilation: Ronan #3 (pencils by Jorge Pereira Lucas) when I stumbled upon this. This is not the first woman to be horrifyingly mutilated in this comics (the penciller even managed to butcher quite a few perfectly simple standing poses), but poor Gamora here really made me cringe.

If you ignore the left leg, it looks like an (almost) fine drawing of her profile (although her left boob does end up in the middle of her torso). And if you ignore every part of her body that’s wrong, you’re left with her head.

I also like how her tights seem vacuum-sealed to her legs for maximum freedom of movement but she’s floating in her gloves, as if somehow precision with your fingers wasn’t as important as precision with your… huh, shins?

Anyway, I thought you might be interested in this one.

Cheers from France!

Clothing isn’t meant to be worn internally, Gamora.  Also, you shouldn’t eat spatial anomalies either.

She looks like somebody was playing with figurines too close to the fireplace.
