Here’s what looks like the original for that photoshopped ad.

Thanks for finding it!  I’ve had a number of people tell me that they’ve been trying to find it today but failed.  They really stretched out her torso and of course inflated her boob and butt.  Oh, and of course they thinned her thighs.

Maybe the comic artists are referencing bad photoshop advertising as their photo reference. >_>
