Ah, Ian Churchill.   I used up a lot of your stuff early on to start this tumblr, but don’t think I’ve forgotten you!

That top panel… she has armpit boob.  She also has what presumably is her ribs below it in an effort to make the armpit boob work… so she has armpit ribs too.  And given where her knees are… one of her legs just fell off.  In the second panel, her right shoulder is higher than the left, but her right boob is lower than the left.  Though, at least they’re not growing from her armpits, so that’s something.
