That Infamous Heroes for Hire tentacle cover

This is a relatively old cover I'm surprised hasn't been on this blog before but I can't seem to find looking through the archives (if you find it let me know). It was pretty controversial when it came out given how much the cover evokes a certain genre of... non-consensual tentacle art. That the women are all reacting the way they are and details like how Misty's pants are being pulled down doesn't help the implication that they're being assaulted. >_<

Also, ouch, Misty's back.

The cover also came out around the time that infamous Justice League panel with the DC heroines in similar poses came out, so that also added to the discourse about women's representation in comics.
