Elektra is trying to complete a challenge where she fights while keeping her butt facing the audience viewpoint at all times regardless of her position or pose.

Also, it's probably for the best her leg is in the way in the bottom panel because I think it's blocking whatever is happening with Nina McCabe's legs.
