No see it’s a metaphor.  Her breasts are the soccer balls, and the long snake body is to imply the length of the game, and the rubber spine is um… to show that soccer players must be flexible and change with the situation, and um the fancy clothes are to represent the bribes you must pay FIFA to get the world cup!
