I’m not even sure if this qualifies as a redraw since it’s only minor PS, but I wanted to share the result with you anyway.

Basically, I wondered what would happen if you tweaked a few lines that indicated a twist. Voila.

That actually makes tons more sense.  I was looking at this picture more carefully today, and trying it in the mirror.  This is actually pretty common in some of the art I post, though I haven’t specifically called it out.  Both her feet and legs are in perfect profile, yet her butt is tilted at us.  Her butt should be in profile too, so she’s turning it to us.  The boobs and butt is awkward as it is, but with your legs and feet in perfect profile, turning your butt makes it even more awkward. 

Your little clean up makes me suspect that this is the pose that the artist referenced, but then added the twist and the butt facing us so we could get some of the boobs and butt action.
